Isabella Pichler is an associate attorney at Genus Law Group, where she focuses on family law matters. With a passion for both counseling clients and advocating in the courtroom, Isabella brings a wealth of legal experience and a well-rounded background to the firm.
A proud native of Denver, Isabella graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver with double majors in English and Spanish. Building on her strong academic foundation, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating in the top 20% of her class. Isabella also passed the bar exam with a score in the 90th percentile, earning the distinction of being licensed to practice in any UBE jurisdiction.
Prior to joining Genus Law Group, Isabella gained invaluable experience as an attorney and limited practitioner at the New Mexico Law Offices of the Public Defender. In law school, she worked as a research assistant, editing an article that was later published by the Northwestern Law Review. Isabella also gained hands-on litigation experience as a summer associate for two summers at large firms in Denver, practicing in both commercial litigation and patent litigation. Additionally, she served as a student attorney at the University of Denver’s Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where she represented individuals held at the Aurora Detention Center.
Although Isabella has experience in a variety of legal fields, she is particularly drawn to family law, which combines her love for client interaction with the opportunity for courtroom practice. This focus allows her to provide personalized legal guidance to families navigating challenging situations.
In addition to her legal career, Isabella spent a year studying abroad at the University of Seville in Spain, where she worked with the Spanish Red Cross to support vulnerable populations. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as caring for her two dogs, Ruby and Frankie.
With a deep commitment to her clients and a diverse legal background, Isabella is dedicated to providing compassionate and skilled representation in family law matters.
